SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. Customer is responsible for shipping charges unless applicable code is correctly applied at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please expect approximately 2-4 business days of processing time before your order is shipped, depending on order volume. Orders are shipped in the order in which they are received, however, we are happy to work with you if you need something in a rush! Please email us at hello@gracenotesltd.com . Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and expected date of arrival.

Shipping is only available in the United States at this time. Check back for international shipping options in the future!

Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of product arrival. Any packages postmarked after 14 days, will be issued store credit. Items are not eligible for store credit after 30 days of product arrival.

Items must be returned in their original state with zero damage. Any damage that is detected will not result in a refund or store credit.

Custom artwork is not eligible for return or refund.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping.

To start a return:

  1. Mail item(s) to be returned to:

  2. Please include your packing slip with your order number or a separate piece of paper with your order number listed.

  3. Ship your item(s) using your desired shipping method (customer is responsible for any return shipping) I suggest using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Once we receive your item(s), and they meet all of the return criteria, you will receive a refund or store credit (depending on the window of return). Please note that refunds may take several days to appear on your credit card statement. A code for store credit will be emailed to you directly.
